Intel® Arc™ Control Panel is a personal productivity tool for Windows. It provides an AI assistant, a private phone-to-PC channel, and a screen-reading assistant. A license allows one person to use it on one device.

Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details. Monthly and annual plans auto-renew — cancel before renewal to stop future charges while keeping access until the period ends. Refund requests reviewed within 48 hours.
Changes
We may update these terms. Significant changes are communicated by email. Continuing to use the software after an update constitutes acceptance.

How your data flows
When you ask the AI something, your question goes directly from your device to the AI provider (Google, Groq, Anthropic). It does not pass through our servers. The answer returns directly to your device. We are not in the loop.
When your phone connects to your PC, messages travel through your personal tunnel — encrypted end-to-end, never stored.
Who we share data with
Deleting your data
Request deletion at any time. We permanently remove your email, license record, and all associated data within 7 days. Since we don't store your questions or answers, there is nothing more to delete.
